Kagiso Media (2010)
In line with Kagiso's growth imperatives, Urban Canyon co-developed leadership training material to support specific business needs.


Nando's (2010)

As Nando's further aligned their restaurant strategy with the corporate strategy, Urban Canyon co-designed the detailed leadership development training modules.


New Leaders Foundation (2010)
A significantly innovative leadership development program that puts senior executives through an intensely practical experience within the South African education system was co-designed and written by Urban Canyon.


ABSA (2010)
ABSA Digital Channels, as a route-to-market division, required a leadership development program to facilitate increased value to the wider business. This program was co-designed and developed by Urban Canyon.


Sanlam Investment Management (2010)
As part of an overall HR Business Partner development program, Urban Canyon co-wrote part of the material for fundamental consulting skills.


South African Airways (2009-2010)
Having recently restructured, SAA required a step-change in internal capacity building in the areas of leadership development and talent management.  Urban Canyon filled the roles of internal change partner, as well as project design and mentoring for the consultants.


Nestlé South Africa (2006-2010)
In the roles of work stream lead for change communication, and also change partner for several business units, Urban Canyon consulted, facilitated, trained and coached both line management and HR business partners in managing a leadership and culture change process, in this highly respected and successful nutrition, health and wellness company.  In addition, many business units and teams have relied on Urban Canyon for external facilitation services.

Microsoft MEA (2010)
Urban Canyon co-designed and delivered the annual Middle East and Africa Manager Days.  In 7 countries in the MEA region leaders were developed and facilitated through fresh thinking in authentic leadership, coaching and rigorous conversations, building on an already strong culture of performance.

JD Group (2009-2010)
Through consulting and facilitation on leadership development and change management in the context of a broader transformation initiative, Urban Canyon added to JD Groups's strong environment of internal capacity building.  

Sun International (2004-2005) 
Urban Canyon consultants lead the business analyst team and co-designed the architecture within the process and data modelling team for a re-write of one of Sun International\'s core operational systems.

Denel Aviation (2004)
Urban Canyon resources conducted an enterprise architecture readiness assessment (including process mapping and design), and produced a detailed report on the findings, implications and recommendations within the IT and Supply Chain areas of the business.

Ellerine Holdings (2006)
Urban Canyon co-facilitated the alignment of multiple stakeholder goals into a single coherent strategic Group direction, and the defines a roadmap for the translation of this strategy into execution, including the precise articulation and graphical visualization of the major strategic business goals.

Pricewaterhouse Coopers (2008) 
A business unit within PwC was facilitated, by an Urban Canyon consultant, towards an internal vision, value chain realization, functional decomposition and current state issue dependency.  This allowed for the planning of change based on a thorough understanding of the current environment and desired future.
